You can check results without logging in at check_results.php — enter your TVET Code or Admission Number. Students can also view results in the Student Portal dashboard under the Results section.
How do I apply for admission to a TVET course?
Apply online at apply.php or visit our centre at Plot 2073 Naibawa Eastern Bypass, Kano. You can also contact us by WhatsApp at +234 903 947 5752. Bring a passport photo, school certificate, and valid ID. Application terms — including any applicable fee — are set per intake by the admin and displayed on the application page.
When are classes held and where?
Classes run weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Plot 2073 Naibawa Eastern Bypass, Kano State. Programme duration is 2–6 months depending on the trade.
How do I mark my attendance (self check-in)?
Open checkin.php on your phone. Search your name or TVET code, allow location access, then enter the 6-character PIN your instructor displays in class. No login required. You can only check in when a session is active and you are physically in school.
How does the attendance PIN work?
Your instructor generates a 6-character PIN at the start of each class using the admin attendance generator. The PIN is shown on the projector/screen. Each PIN expires after a set time and can only be used once per student per day.
Does the portal check if I am physically in school?
Yes. When you check in, the portal requests your GPS location. If a geofence is configured, it verifies you are within the allowed radius of the school. If you are outside the premises, attendance will not be marked.
What is the difference between the FME stipend and Muhsaib?
Muhsaib is an accredited TVET training centre. The monthly stipend (for eligible students under specific government programmes) is paid directly by the Federal Ministry of Education (FME) to your bank account — Muhsaib does not collect, hold, or distribute stipend money. Not all programmes include a stipend; check with admin for your specific course.
I forgot my portal password. What do I do?
Click Forgot Password on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email. Check spam if you don't see it. You can also WhatsApp us for manual assistance.
How do I download my student ID card or admission letter?
Log into the student portal and go to the Documents section. If you have trouble, contact us on WhatsApp at +234 903 947 5752.
How do I enroll my biometric?
Log into the student portal and click Biometric in the sidebar. Follow the on-screen instructions. Biometric enrollment ensures your attendance is properly captured and linked to your student record.
