How do I check my semester results?
You can check your results without logging in at muhsaibcf.ng/check_results.php — just enter your TVET Code or Admission Number. If you're a student, you can also view results from your Student Portal dashboard under the Results section.
How do I apply for admission to a TVET course?
Visit our office at Plot 2073 Naibawa Eastern Bypass, Kano, or call/WhatsApp +2349039475752. Admission is open for all 6 TVET programmes. You'll need to bring a passport photo, school certificate, and valid ID. There is no application fee — the programme is government-funded.
When are classes held and where?
Classes run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at our centre: Plot 2073 Naibawa Eastern Bypass, Kano State. The program duration is 6 months per course.
What is the monthly stipend and how do I qualify?
Students who maintain 65% or above attendance are eligible for a monthly stipend of ₦24,500. Attendance is tracked digitally on the portal. You can check your current attendance percentage and stipend eligibility from your student dashboard.
I forgot my portal login password. What do I do?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page at muhsaibcf.ng/login.php. A reset link will be sent to your registered email. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder. You can also contact us on WhatsApp and we'll assist you.
How do I download my student ID card or admission letter?
Log in to the student portal and go to your profile. From there you can download your ID Card (student/id_card.php) and Admission Letter (student/admission_letter.php). If you're new, these become available after your documents have been verified by admin.
How do I submit an online assignment?
Log in to the portal and navigate to Assignments in the sidebar. Click on the assignment title, then use the upload button to attach your work (photo, document, or text answer depending on the assignment type). Make sure to submit before the deadline shown.
Can I link Telegram for notifications?
Yes! From your student dashboard, go to the Notifications section or look for the "Link Telegram" card. You'll get a linking code to send to our Telegram bot (@Muhsaibcfbot). Once linked, you'll receive instant alerts for results, exams, assignments and announcements.
